Basecamp at Sticklebarn, Great Langdale
We are excited to introduce our 4th Climb Academy Basecamp programme that is completely free to participate in. Whether you want to take part in a workshop, bring the kids or kick back and listen to live music and watch films, we’ve got you covered.
We’ve put together a variety of workshops and talks spanning the weekend. There really is something for everyone. Warm up for the day with yoga classes, entertain the kids with creative workshops, learn practical skills with MSR on tents, water filtration and camp cooking, get creative with artist led drawing classes, top up your adventure photography skills with DMM and join women’s health expert Dr Natalie Brown to learn how to stay active across your menstrual cycle.
If that isn’t enough there will be live music from Ava Grace and DJ Hotel Radio on Saturday evening.
Film Night
Join us on Sunday night in the Hayloft, Sticklebarn for a special night of films presented by the starring athletes themselves.

Free workshops during the weekend covering water filtration systems, camping stoves and a beginners guide to tents, which will explore different tent styles, technologies and most importantly how to pitch and take care of your tent!

Climbing shoes from beginners to advanced to test out during any workshop that you're booked onto throughout the weekend.
DMM
Sign up to a free Adventure Photography workshop, at basecamp on arrival.
Try out some DMM demo gear including cams, wires, carabiners & helmets on any workshop that you're booked onto.
